The McGrigors Licensing team has a wealth of experience in advising corporate clients in the liquor and gambling sectors including the recent implementation of new licensing and gambling regimes in Scotland, England & Wales and Northern Ireland. We provide a full range of services from portfolio management and advisory work to advocacy. We are able to represent clients before Licensing Authorities and appeal bodies in relation to the grant, review, revocation, transfer and renewal of
licences
and statutory prosecutions arising from breaches of licensing legislation.
