Our recent work includes advising clients on the human rights impact of legal changes domestically and internationally; including advising on potential human rights challenges to promoted legislation.
We have also advised public bodies on how to integrate human rights compliant procedures into their supply chain and procurement procedures and undertaken human rights based approach analysis of public sector practices.
McGrigors provides advice on the impact of Equalities Legalisation on public service providers and continues to work on the development of customisation of Human Rights Impact Assessments including the carrying out of country analysis, identification of impacts risks and the facilitation of stakeholder engagement.
