Our Private Equity team is UK-wide and harnesses the skills of our leading experts in this sector. We have seven partners, supported by a number of associates/senior associates who make up the core team - all part of our 70 strong UK-wide corporate group. Our market-facing approach enables us to keep abreast of all relevant developments and trends. We advise a broad range of UK and International clients across a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, renewable energy, infrastructure, biotech, software and other technologies and financial services.
