Nirosha is a senior associate in the corporate team and is based in our London office.
Expertise
Nirosha has experience in domestic and international private M&A and has recently been involved in a number of property transactions structured through property acquisition SPVs. Nirosha also has extensive experience on the implementation of complex domestic and international group restructurings and financing arrangements and often works alongside tax and other professional advisers. Nirosha's focus in this area has involved her working with tax advisers to develop innovative tax efficient structuring solutions.

Advised on refinancing transaction for a FTSE 100 client well known in the management software industry which included the listing of a Eurobond on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Advised on a financing transaction for a FTSE 100 client, a worldwide distributor of building products, which included a stock lending arrangement.

Advised on an international group restructuring for a FTSE 250 client specialising in the engineering sector.

Acted for a well known building society on a number of refinancing projects.

Advised on an international restructuring for a FTSE 300 client, a publisher of specialist information for various industry sectors which included the transfer of the trade and assets of seven group companies to another group company.

Advised on a number of capital reductions for a number of FTSE 300 clients including advising a client in the mobile data services sector on a reduction of capital.

Advised on the acquisition by a well known German kitchen manufacturer of a UK subsidiary.
