Formerly a corporate lawyer, Rachel moved into knowledge management in December 2000, initially as a professional support lawyer for the Corporate team. As head of knowledge management, she is responsible for effective and integrated knowledge management across the firm. The Knowledge Management ("KM") team sits within the wider Risk and Knowledge Management Team and encompasses Information Services, Web Technology, I.Q. and the professional support lawyers. The KM team provides and develops effective working and quality assurance strategies across the firm, ensuring the right technology, processes and knowledge tools to support consistent high quality in the delivery of legal services by each practice team.Rachel is a member of the Law Society of Scotland, a Notary Public and a Writer to the Signet.
