Colin supports clients in risk-management (and has worked in-house on secondment in that capacity), and in dispute avoidance and resolution. He leads clients' court actions, adjudications, mediation and arbitration UK-wide.
Colin is also a top-rated speaker at the UK's biggest construction law conferences.
