Alex deals with all types of commercial property transactions, in particular secured financings, mixed-use property development and funding, joint ventures, profit sharing and overage arrangements and the acquisition, disposal and financing of investment property.

- acting for a club of banks on the financing of a management buy-out of a major UK housing developer

- acting for Ipsus Developments on a mixed-use redevelopment in Wandsworth with an end-value of £40million
- acting for Ipsus Developments on a mixed-use development in Clapham with an end-value of £50million
- acting for RBS on its £126million financing of its acquisition of the Bizspace portfolio
- acting for Hilstone in its disposal of a portfolio of investment properties for circa £85million
