Sinead advises both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of traditional secured and unsecured lending. She has also advised several lenders on standard security documentation for use in Northern Ireland and has provided training courses for a number of major Northern Irish banks.
Sinead was named as a 'leader in the field' for banking and finance in Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2009 and is described as being 'pragmatic, thorough and pleasant to deal with ' and is praised for her 'calm and reasonable negotiating style.'
