Expertise
Donna specialises in commercial lettings and environmental matters and is a member of the Environmental and Planning Law Association Northern Ireland. She has also advised a number of major public and private companies on property acquisitions and disposals and commercial leasehold matters.
Donna retains a Practising Certificate for England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland and regularly acts for clients in both jurisdictions.

- acting for McDonald's Restaurants Limited in the acquisition and franchising of its newest restaurant in Northern Ireland at Victoria Square, Belfast and advising the company on all aspects of its real estate holdings in Northern Ireland
- acting on an ongoing basis for Telereal Trillium in connection with its property investment portfolio in Northern Ireland
- acting for the Department for Social Development in relation to the re-generation and development of Lanyon Place, Belfast including most recently the construction of "The Soloist" building, designed by Niels Torp
- acting on an ongoing basis for Du Pont (UK) Limited in connection with company’s Northern Irish holdings and advising it on all aspects of property and environmental law
- acting for the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland on a variety of landlord and tenant matters
- acting for Sainsbury's Supermarkets Limited in the acquisition of new development sites as part of the company's current extension programme in Northern Ireland
- acting on an ongoing basis for BG Group Plc and Premier Power Limited in connection with the property aspects of operating power stations in Northern Ireland and on all aspects of environmental law both at local and EU level
