McGrigors Recruits Nick Ogden to Expanding Manchester Office
National law firm McGrigors LLP has strengthened its presence in the North-West with the recruitment of Nick Ogden to the firm’s Manchester office.
Prior to joining McGrigors, Nick was a Partner in the projects practice at Addleshaw Goddard.
Nick is an experienced lawyer focussing on the Infrastructure sector and a specialist in joint ventures, the structuring, financing and refinancing of public/private projects, outsourcing and long-term PPP and commercial partnering arrangements. He has developed particular industry experience in the infrastructure, waste and energy sectors, particularly renewable and green energy.
Having qualified in 1990, Nick joined Alsop Wilkinson (now DLA Piper) and was responsible for setting up the Manchester Commercial & Projects practice for the firm. He also took overall responsibility for the firm’s business in the North West.
At McGrigors, Nick will focus on McGrigors key clients in the North West and building the Manchester practice, working closely with the firms UK-wide and international banking, and energy & infrastructure teams.
