McGrigors expands real estate team with the appointment of Luke Miotte
UK law firm McGrigors LLP has strengthened its growing real estate team with the appointment of Luke Miotte as director. Luke is due to join the firm at the beginning of October.
Luke is an experienced property lawyer who joins from the Property Department of Mishcon de Reya where he spent 12 years. During his time with the firm, he was involved in property development, investment and real estate work and property litigation relating to commercial lease renewals. In recent years, Luke has advised on deals in the energy, manufacturing, leisure and retail sectors.
McGrigors real estate team has also been very active in the leisure and retail sectors in the past few months. The team recently acted for Moorgate London Limited on the sale of its estate to Pubs ‘n’ Bars Plc and secured a unit for footwear and accessories brand Jimmy Choo at the luxury retail village in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
