McGrigors Manages Move for Jimmy Choo
McGrigors LLP has once again been instructed by the luxury footwear and accessories brand Jimmy Choo. In the latest of four transactions that the firm has acted on for Jimmy Choo in the last four months, McGrigors LLP has advised on the relocation of the brands headquarters from Chelsea to Lancer Square, Kensington.
The Real Estate team at McGrigors have secured the rent of an 11,235 sq ft office for Jimmy Choo from the Crown Estate Commissioners. They will be moving in over the course of the coming month.
Commenting on the deal, Head of Legal & Company Secretary of Jimmy Choo, Hannah Merritt said, “We are delighted to have worked with McGrigors on a string of recent property transactions and are looking forward to continuing this relationship in the future”.
McGrigors have advised Jimmy Choo since partner William Greig, who has a long history working with the luxury retailer, joined the firm in June 2006.
McGrigors’ Suzanne Gill was the lead partner for the deal. She has extensive commercial property, retail and leisure sector expertise. Suzanne has previously advised Frank Smythson Limited, Villeroy and Boch and Petit Bateau.
