Press Release 08 October 2007 McGrigors expands tax litigation team with the appointment of George Gillham UK law firm McGrigors LLP has strengthened its double award-winning tax litigation and investigations team with the appointment of George Gillham as a SeniorSolicitor. George is an experienced tax litigatorwho joins from Dorsey & Whitney. At McGrigors, George will be advising clients of the firm on contentious tax issues including the Foreign Income Dividend group litigation. George is a former fast stream civil servant, Inland Revenue tax inspector, and policy adviser on corporation tax reform. Whilst in private practice, George has providedtechnical tax advice in relation to tax litigation matters, including running the CFC & Dividend and Thin Capitalisation group litigation cases, and has also advised in relation to non-contentious tax matters.
