McGrigors expands Corporate team with Partner appointment in Scotland
UK law firm McGrigors LLP has expanded its corporate team with the appointment of Gary Anderson as Partner. Based from the firms Edinburgh office, Gary's appointment brings the number in the established UK corporate team to 79 including 17 Partners.
Gary previously spent 13 years with Dundas & Wilson. He has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions across the UK including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other funding arrangements, joint venture and group reorganisation.
