Based from the firms Edinburgh office, Gary's appointment brings the number in the established UK corporate team to 79 including 17 Partners. Gary previously spent 13 years with Dundas & Wilson. He has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions across the UK including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and other funding arrangements, joint venture and group reorganisation.
