McGrigors LLP examines value of property leases

National law firm McGrigors LLP will examine whether property leases are worth the paper they are printed on in the current economic climate at a seminar in Glasgow.

The evening will be hosted by Lesley-Anne Faichnie and Andrea McLellan, senior solicitors within McGrigors’ real estate team, who will divulge some of the most important concerns for managing the landlord/tenant relationship during testing financial times.

Lesley-Anne Faichnie said: “This session will give us the opportunity to explain the issues which businesses need to hear in this financial climate. We’ll be focusing on the reasons why business leases need to be flexible and we'll recognise different needs and provide a different perspective on insolvency.”

Andrea McLellan adds: “Our intention is to host a seminar which doesn’t sidestep the issues which are actually affecting businesses at this time. We’re hoping for honest testimony from attendees in order to build a truly informative and original evening of discussion.”

The free event will start with drink and canapés at 5:30pm on 4 November at the Maconochie Room, Radisson Hotel, Glasgow.
