Your investment at this stage can save significant costs and avoid the need for expensive corrective action later.

 

What is included?

Our start-up pack includes the following, all for a fixed fee:

  • an introductory telephone call with qualified lawyers to discuss and understand your needs
  • incorporating the UK subsidiary or arranging for registration of a branch or place of business
  • employment contracts which you can use for management and non-management staff, together with a standard form disciplinary and grievance policy
  • template intra group agreements covering the regulation of the following intra group arrangements
    • sales arrangements
    • consultancy arrangements
    • distribution arrangements
    •  marketing arrangements
  • a guidance note setting out the following matters a UK entity may need to put in place/consider
    • the ongoing compliance which is required from a UK company law perspective
    • the key employment issues which affect the company as an employer in the UK
    • an introduction to possible data protection issues and freedom of information issues affecting the company
