Our Quality Assurance programme is called "I.Q." which stands for Instilling Quality.

 

I.Q. is designed to ensure:

 

  • that all our work is of a consistently excellent quality across our offices
  • regulatory and legal compliance in all the jurisdictions in which we operate
  • innovative service delivery to clients 
  • we work together better in teams, share responsibility and increase our ability to support each other

 

The I.Q. programme is a combination of documents, processes and training. It includes file opening and closing processes, a manual of quality standards, transaction processes and ethics, a work review process for correspondence and documents, a client complaints procedure and a quality performance review process.
